The church is situated in Hospital Street and is a modern, light and recently opened dual purpose building. It is a £1 million renovation of the old Sunday School premises and replaces the 200 year old church building, which was sold.

The congregation moved into the new building in January 2009 and it is a well used multi-purpose modern dual purpose building.

The main Sunday Service is on Sunday mornings at 10.30am

On the first Sunday evening of the month there is a contemporary style worship which takes different forms. During the week there are many fellowship groups including a Mums & Tots and on Saturday mornings there is a "Drop & Shop" where children can use activities in the hall while parents go shopping. The church has a coffee morning on Thursday and Saturday mornings, with regular soup lunches and other activities.

It must be the only church in the country with a narrow gauge railway in the car-park to give rides for children on Saturday mornings!
